| Features: | Low temperature cation (ECDP) is completed in 90°C of the coloring process, dyeing, spinnability, clothing comfort greatly improved. It can also make cationic/Polyester FDY and sea Island FDY CD Yarn. This is a modified polyester material. Ordinary polyester (PET) is difficult to dye because of its regular molecular structure and high crystallinity. Usually, it needs to be dyed under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. ECDP, on the other hand, is obtained through copolymerization modification by introducing a third monomer (such as dimethyl 5-sulfoisophthalate sodium salt) and a fourth monomer into the polyester molecular chain. It reduces the regularity and crystallinity of the polyester molecular chain, making it easier for dye molecules to enter the interior of the fiber. As a result, it can be dyed with disperse dyes under normal pressure, which greatly simplifies the dyeing process, reduces costs, and at the same time achieves better dyeing results. |
